Release notes

A bug fix release of Scroller in preparation for DataTables 1.10 release. There are no new features in this release, but bug fixes.

Fixes

• Fix #14: Attach fake table to DataTables container to have styles applied
• Fix #15: rowHeight property wasn't being used
• Fix #17: displayBuffer could only be odd
• Fix DataTables/DataTables #300: disable search and order for SSP example
• Fix: Cloning nodes for the row height measurement wasn't taking any clones, ever, because it was using the wrong table as a source.
• Fix: CSS - footer should have a shaded background as well
