Release notes
This is primarily a bug fix release with four that have been found since 3.2.1 addressed. However, this release also introduces styling and examples for Semantic UI and Bootstrap 4.

Fixed
- Fix: Right column might not be correctly aligned to the edge if there was initially a scrollbar that was then removed
- Fix: Bootstrap transparent background on odd rows where
stripeis not used - Fix: JS error when destroying the table.
- Fix:
selectevent handler was being triggered when a DOM select event triggers as well as a DataTables event - need to check the namespace.
