Release notes
ColVis is a new "first class" plug-in for DataTables which presents the end user with options of enabling and disabling visibility of columns in a given table. Presenting a button, and then a list when activated (either click or mouse over) the list and be positioned and styled exactly as you need. Columns can also be excluded from the list if you wish one or more columns to always be shown or hidden. See an example here.
