A bug fix update for ColReorder which addresses a compatibility issue with DataTables 1.9.3+ and introduces a destroy method (which listened for the destruction of the host DataTable) to clean up events etc.

• Fix: Added destroy method to clean up memory references and event handlers
• Fix: Correct description for ColReorder
• Fix: DataTables 1.9.3 internally renamed mDataProp to mData, breaking the reordering. This fix addresses that.
• Fix: Update requirements to DataTables 1.9.3
