Addressing a few issues, and also adding full support for DataTables' column visibility in CardView.

Fixes

Auto display wouldn't show cards when resized down
Column visibility changes in table mode weren't propagated to card view
When resizing down to trigger card view, the cards were not shown
When used with processing enabled in the DataTable, when switching from card to table view, the processing indicator would show indefinitely.
