Update for ColReorder to support DataTables 1.9. Note that this release of ColReorder requires DataTables 1.9 now sure to the use of the new state saving methods and data sorting internals in DataTables. No other changes in this release.
- Update: DataTables 1.9 uses an array for the sorting column indexes (aDataSort) rather than an integer (iDataSort as it was) - need to take this into account or sorting will go "wonky"
- Update: Update state saving for DataTables 1.9
